Christmas Lights - 1930 Light sets of the time generally consisted of 12 Bakelite E10 lamp sockets wired in a loop formation. The plug (if supplied) would typically be a B22d (bayonet) lamp socket adapter as most houses where wired with very few wall sockets and at the time a light set was considered to be a light rather than an appliance. Figural lamps where widely available and had a tungsten filament with and E10 cap. Allbright Xmas Decoration Lamps   |
